Last October we first heard a snippet of AC/DC‘s new song, “Play Ball,” when it was used in TV promos for the baseball playoffs. Now the song, off their new album, Rock or Bust, is featured in a spot for Beats By Dre headphones featuring Seattle Seahawks defensive back Richard Sherman. It isn’t the only AC/DC song being used in a current commercial. Chevy is using “Back in Black.”

Other spots currently running with a classic rock song as its soundtrack include:

  • Dire Straits – “Walk of Life” in an ad for Farxiga, a diabetes medication
  • Queen – “I Want It All” and “I Want to Break Free” in Optimum cable ads
  • Bad Company – “Feel Like Making Love” – Craftsman tools
  • Steve Miller – “Take the Money and Run” – Taco Bell
  • Kinks – “All Day and All of the Night” – Yoplait yogurt
  • Robert Palmer – “Addicted to Love” – Revlon
  • Supertramp – “Give a Little Bit” – Stouffer’s mac and cheese
