RANDY RHOADS: Family Holds Birthday Open House
The guitar legend is being remembered, and rare memorabilia shown, at his sister’s wine-tasting room in Burbank.
Saturday would have been the 58th birthday of the late Ozzy Osbourne and Quiet Riot guitarist Randy Rhoads, and his family continues to celebrate his life and accomplishments.
From Thursday through Sunday, Randy’s older sister, Kathy Rhoads D’Argenzio, and her husband are holding an open house in his memory at their wine-tasting room in Burbank, California. Fans and friends have been invited “to meet the whole Rhoads family, taste the Randy Rhoads wine, and see personal memorabilia that has not been shown for public viewing.”
The D’Argenzio’s have produced a special wine in Randy’s name, with all proceeds from it going to fund the Randy Rhoads Foundation to assist kids in learning music. Randy’s mother, Dolores, and brother, Kelle, will also be on hand to greet visitors this weekend.
