BEATLES: Liverpool Museum Had its Best Year Ever
Business is better than ever at The Beatles Story Museum in Liverpool.
During the 12-month period ending March 31st, the attraction drew a record 254,451 visitors. And according to the Liverpool Echo, the numbers are especially impressive considering that London’s 2012 Olympics boosted overall British tourism and 2013 had no such benefit. Compare these numbers to 2009, when The Beatles Story Museum drew fewer than 200,000.
Last July, the museum enjoyed its busiest single day — when 1996 people visited.
