A new compilation will kick off the celebration of the Grateful Dead‘s 50th anniversary.
The two-disc set The Best of the Grateful Dead is due out March 31st. It spans their entire recording career, from 1967’s “The Golden Road (To Unlimited Devotion)” to 1989’s “Standing on the Moon,” and includes classics like “Uncle John’s Band,” “Truckin’,” “Shakedown Street” and “Touch of Grey.” The set also includes the rare single version of “Dark Star.”
