Rod Stewart turned 70 last Saturday and celebrated beforehand by heading down to Barbados with his wife, Penny Lancaster. But he was back home in Los Angeles for the big day, hosting a party that included his Faces bandmates Ronnie Wood and Kenney Jones.

On his Facebook page, Jones writes, “Great night and played with my mates Rod and Woody. Only two songs, but it was fun.”

Faces keyboardist Ian McLagan died in December following a stroke. Bassist Ronnie Lane passed in 1997.
