Two more Ted Nugent concerts have been canceled by Native Americans. The Puyallup Tribe pulled the plug on his August 2nd and 3rd shows at its Emerald Queen Casino in Tacoma, Washington. Like Idaho’s Coeur D’Alene Tribe, which canceled his August 4th show, the move was a result of what the tribe considers “racist and hate-filled remarks” that Nugent denies.

On Thursday in Liverpool, Paul McCartney will present the Honored Friend Award to Suzahn Fiering, also known as Nashville’s “Jazz Diva,” on behalf of his Liverpool Institute for the Performing Arts.

Former R.E.M. guitarist Peter Buck is among the musicians featured in Made in Athens, the fifth episode of Noisey’s web series Made in America. The show travels to a different American city each time and looks at its music scene through the eyes of its local artists.

Lenny Kravitz premiered “Sex,” another new song from his upcoming album, Strut, today (Monday) at Billboard.com. The album comes out September 23rd.
