Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx has sold his home in Calabasas, California for $2,409,000. The spread has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, hardwood floors, an office, a loft and a music room/home theater, an in-ground pool and a spa and barbecue center with fireplace and pizza oven. He and his new wife, Courtney Bingham, recently plunked down $4,125,000 for a 10,000-square-foot home in Westlake Village, California.
Bruce Springsteen was recently interviewed by Colin Hanks, the actor son of his friend Tom Hanks, for Colin’s documentary, All Things Must Pass: The Rise and Fall of Tower Records.
Neil Young’s estranged wife Pegi will release Lonely in a Crowded Room, the fourth album by Pegi Young and the Survivors, on October 27th. They’ll kick off a four-week tour in support of it at the 28th annual Bridge School Benefit concerts in Mountain View, California on October 25th and 26th.

Bryan Ferry has been forced to cancel tonight’s (Thursday’s) show at the Orpheum Theatre in Boston because he’s suffering from a viral infection. Refunds can be obtained at point of purchase. The show is expected to be rescheduled next year.
