California Breed, the new band with Jason Bonham and Glenn Hughes, will tour starting October 7th in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania with dates through October 26th in Los Angeles. They’ll head to England in late November and early December.

Dickey Betts had some unexpected eye surgery this week and will cancel all of his shows until July 31st. His manager says he’s “back home and has to stay in the dark for 10 days. He had a detached retina and fluid started collecting under the retina. He just told me he is doing fine except for the burning in his eye.”

John Paul Jones will once again tour with The Dave Rawlings Machine, this time on the West Coast starting September 22nd in Missoula, Montana through October 5th in Santa Barbara, California.

The July 12th Journey – Steve Miller show in the Chicago suburb of Tinley Park, Illinois, postponed because of bad weather, has been rescheduled for September 10th.

Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band are down to their last two summer shows, tonight (Thursday) in Bend, Oregon and Saturday at the Greel Theater in Los Angeles. They’ll start up again on October 2nd in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
