AC/DC: Rudd Has a New Court Date
Phil will go before the judge in April in New Zealand on charges of drug possession and threatening to kill.
While the wheels of the tour bus move forward for AC/DC and new-old drummer Chris Slade, the wheels of justice are creaking into motion for the man he’s replacing, Phil Rudd.
Rudd had been scheduled to appear in front of judge in New Zealand tomorrow (Tuesday) on charges of drug possession and threatening to kill, but the court date was postponed when he switched attorneys. He’s now due in court on April 21st.
It will be a non-jury trial, and if convicted, Rudd could face several years in prison.
