IRON MAIDEN: Beer Helps Pubs in U.K.
Iron Maiden’s Trooper Ale is proving to be a huge hit in the U.K.
The brew, named after the band’s 1983 single, has sold an estimated 3.5 million pints. And that’s even though its brewer, Robinsons Brewery, hasn’t spent any money on advertising. Morning Advertiser reports that British pubs offering Trooper Ale have experienced an eight percent sales growth since it was released in May 2013.
