Bryan Adams is back with a new release today, albeit one filled with songs made famous by others.

Tracks of My Years is a collection of 14 songs that he grew up listening to. Among them are The Beatles‘ “Anytime at All,” Bob Dylan‘s “Lay Lady Lay,” CCR‘s “Down on the Corner” and The Beach Boys‘ “God Only Knows.”

Adams tells us these are not necessarily songs that influenced him, but rather “songs that were around at the same time that I liked and have sort of stuck with me.” Also on the album are his takes on tracks by Ray Charles, The Manhattans, The Association, Smokey Robinson and the Miracles, The Everly Brothers and Jimmy Cliff.

The album cover is a photo of Adams at the age of 16 with long hair.
