Sammy Hagar, who celebrates his 67th birthday today (Monday), continues to plug his rescheduled Birthday Bash, which was moved from his Cabo Wabo Cantina in Mexico to Las Vegas this Saturday following the devastation in Cabo San Lucas last month from Hurricane Odile.

In addition to performances by Sammy, Michael Anthony, Jason Bonham, Chad Smith, Joe Satriani and others, Hagar says the street will be closed outside the Las Vegas Events Center. There will be “street food stands [and] exotic cocktails. It’s going to be the biggest Birthday Bash ever.” He also says it’s being filmed and recorded, as will be the first time in 24 years he can fit everyone into the Bash.

Hagar releases his new album, Lite Roast, tomorrow (Tuesday). It’s a collection of his songs done acoustically.
