KSLX welcomes Karen Dalessandro as the new 2-7pm M-F host. Karen was most recently the afternoon drive host on Classic Rocker WKLH in Milwaukee. She is originally from Detroit and grew up going to see artists like Bob Seger and Aerosmith at Pine Knob and Cobo Hall. Karen has a brand-new feature for KSLX, Rock Tales. Listen at a little after 3pm to hear the Rock Tales Mystery Voice and if you can correctly identify it you will win a prize. Karen’s two favorite Led Zeppelin songs are Houses of the Holy and Battle of Evermore so if you happen to hear those songs more frequently than usual on Get the Led Out, at around 6:30 weeknights, you know why.
