AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd will release his first solo album next month in his home country of Australia.

Head Job is due out Down Under on August 29th. Rudd tells Australian’s Triple M that it’s “a very personal album about the [crap] that goes on” and that “We didn’t put anything on there that we didn’t like. There’s no filler. There’s plenty of Phil, but no filler.”

Rudd also talked briefly about the new AC/DC album, saying, “We’re happy to have it done and it’s all very good, by the way. There’s no comparisons between [the new AC/DC album and Head Job], but they’re both very good.”
