ROLLING STONES: Charlie Watts says “Tender Age” is Catching Up with Them
Drummer Charlie Watts says that “tender age” is forcing The Rolling Stones to take more breaks in their tour schedule.
As the start of their tour of Abu Dhabi, the Far East and Asia nears, he tells The Australian, “The thought of doing 50 shows, which was normal at one time for us to sign off on, that is quite daunting. Now we’re doing that in little bits. If we don’t do any more I’ll be quite happy with that.”
The Rolling Stones 14 on Fire tour, which once again features the return of guitarist Mick Taylor, begins February 21st.
